A global platform for water security and climate adaptation
The Global Water and Climate Adaptation Centre brings together leading institutions in Aachen, Bangkok, Chennai, and Dresden to address climate adaptation with a focus on water. The centre connects research, academic exchange, and practical implementation so knowledge can move across regions and into action.
Its work links scientific cooperation between the Global North and Global South with education and transfer formats that help build long-term resilience. The centre's initiatives support future environmental leaders while strengthening dialogue with policy, practice, and society.
